No. You only need to pay a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid up to 30 days before the departure date.

Yes. All displayed prices include VAT and all applicable taxes. There are no hidden costs. The only additional expense may be an optional gratuity for the crew.

We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance for high season (June–September and December–January). For low season, 1–2 months is usually enough. Some popular itineraries sell out quickly.

Yes. You can change your date without penalty up to 45 days before the original departure, subject to availability. Changes made within 45 days may incur a 10% fee.

Once your deposit payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking number, detailed itinerary, and boarding instructions. We will contact you 7 days before departure with the final details.

You will need: a valid passport (at least 6 months remaining), your boarding pass (sent by email), recommended travel insurance, and the Galápagos declaration form (we provide it). Ecuadorian citizens may use their national ID card.

It depends on your nationality. Most tourists do not need a visa for Ecuador. However, all foreign visitors must pay the $20 Transit Control Card (TCT) and the $100 Galápagos National Park entrance fee. We guide you through the process.

One suitcase up to 20 kg per person and one 5 kg carry-on are allowed. Large hard-shell suitcases are not permitted. We recommend bringing light clothing, eco-friendly sunscreen (mandatory in the Galápagos), sunglasses, and comfortable footwear.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own gear. However, all our boats provide high-quality snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, fins) at no extra cost. We also offer diving equipment for PADI-certified divers.

Full refund up to 60 days before departure. 50% refund between 30 and 59 days before departure. No refund within 30 days of departure (the deposit may be applied to another booking within 12 months). We recommend cancellation insurance.

If the tour is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, we offer a free reschedule or a full 100% refund. Safety is our priority. Alternative itineraries are offered whenever possible.

Our tours are bilingual (Spanish and English). Our certified naturalist guides speak both languages. If you need another language, please contact us in advance to check availability.

All our tours include: private cabin accommodation, three meals a day plus snacks, a certified naturalist guide, daily excursions, snorkeling gear, kayaking, airport-to-boat transfers, and basic travel insurance. Premium alcoholic beverages are not included.

Yes, all our boats have satellite Wi-Fi. Speeds are limited (ideal for messaging and social media, not streaming). The service is free. In remote areas of the Galápagos the signal may be intermittent.

We accept children aged 6 and older on regular tours. We offer special family departures with activities adapted for children. Children under 12 receive a 25% discount. Please check availability for private tours with younger children.
